Which Microsoft 365 plan is right for us?
Under 300 users, Business Premium is usually the best value because it includes device management and stronger security. Larger or regulated organizations typically use E3 or E5, with Frontline plans for shift workers. We recommend a mix based on how each group works.
Can we buy Microsoft 365 licences from you?
Yes. We license Microsoft 365, Copilot and the rest of the Microsoft cloud, with monthly, annual or three-year terms and one consolidated invoice. See our licensing page for details.
Will users lose email during migration?
No. We migrate in planned waves, usually outside business hours, and keep mail flowing throughout. Users see their mail, calendar and files in Microsoft 365 when their wave completes.
Is Copilot included in our plan?
Copilot Chat is included in Microsoft 365 business and enterprise plans. Microsoft 365 Copilot, which works inside your documents, email and meetings, is an add-on for most plans and is included in Microsoft 365 E7.
Do you support Microsoft 365 after go-live?
Yes. Our managed support covers user administration, security monitoring, licence changes and monthly updates, with a named consultant.
